HEART is a Christian, faith-based humanitarian organization that focuses on empowering vulnerable women, children, and youth of Africa to thrive beyond HIV through quality healthcare, education, and economic strengthening.

HEART stands for Health Education Africa Resource Team. Founded by Vickie Winkler in February 2000. We are a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in the United States and a registered TRUST in Kenya.

Our USA office is located in Auburn, CA and Kenya headquarters is in Nairobi, KE.
