Health Education Africa Resource Team (HEART) is a Faith Based Organization founded in 2000. We are a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in the United States and a registered TRUST in Kenya. We provide community-driven development by empowering the people of Africa.

Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting and Learning Officer (MERLO)
The Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting, and Learning Officer (MERLO) will ensure that HEART has the data needed to measure the impact of the Women Equality and Empowerment Program (WEEP), communicate that impact internally and externally, and identify areas of learning through data analysis. MERLO will oversee the collection of data, analysis, and synthesis to provide advice in program planning, design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting. Additionally, they will provide continuous capacity building to Women Equality and Empowerment Project (WEEP) Centers / Community Based Organizations (CBOs) management on participatory monitoring and evaluation.
Senior Accountant
The Senior Accountant ensures accurate financial reporting for HEART projects and Lodge. The Finance Manager will also play a key role in ensuring compliance with financial procedures and maintaining adequate internal controls. Additionally, they will provide continuous capacity building to Women Equality
and Empowerment Project (WEEP) Centers / Community Based Organizations (CBOs) management.
