Doug Juday
Executive Director, US
Doug graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, and spent 25 years at Fidelity Investments in various advisory, leadership, and coaching roles, earning multiple “Leader of the Year” awards. In 2012, after feeling called to Africa for years, Doug joined a short-term mission trip with Bayside Church to support HEART—a life-changing experience that deepened his passion for the organization’s mission. He went on to support HEART through donations, advocacy, leading trips to Kenya, and serving on the U.S. Board of Directors beginning in 2018.
In January 2025, after much prayer and reflection, Doug followed God’s leading to leave the corporate world and step into the US Executive Director role at HEART. His leadership is driven by a commitment to empowering women, strengthening families, and sharing the love of Christ in practical and transformative ways. Doug is grateful to be part of a team that is making a lasting difference in Kenya and believes deeply in God’s continued provision for HEART’s work.
Doug lives in Granite Bay, California, with his wife, Alicia, and their four children. They are active members of Bayside Church and enjoy traveling, spending time outdoors, and serving together in ministry.
