Jared Abuga

Jared has a degree in Entrepreneurship and a diploma in agronomy and has been working for HEART since in May 2011. He oversees agronomy practices such as livestock keeping, kitchen gardening, poultry, sheep, goats and dairy farming, bee keeping, fish farming among many other Income Generating Activities for HEART in the Nyanza, Western, Nairobi and Coastal regions. Jared is an integral part of the success of the Women Equality Empowerment Program (WEEP) project that serves women, vulnerable and orphaned children. His expertise helps HEART achieve the goal of food access and security within the households and communities HEART works in.
