Shannon brings more than 20 years of professional experience across the healthcare, financial, and technology industries, where she has served in executive support, operations, and project management roles. Known for her organizational leadership, strategic mindset, and heart for service, she has built a career centered on supporting teams, strengthening systems, and driving operational excellence.
Her faith in the Lord has always been the foundation of both her personal and professional life. Shannon has a deep passion for serving others, especially children, and faithfully volunteered for many years in the nursery at Bayside Church, as well as in various community outreach efforts. Her compassion and commitment to service naturally align with the mission of HEART.
After learning about the impactful and life-changing work HEART is doing, Shannon felt a clear calling from God to become part of the organization’s mission. In January 2026, she stepped into the role of U.S. Operations Manager, where she now combines her professional expertise with her faith-driven purpose to support and advance HEART’s work.
Shannon is married and the proud mother of two adult children who are both currently in college. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors—camping, hiking, biking, and running. She also loves music and attending concerts, traveling, and making meaningful memories with family and friends.
